He took the initiative to contact our Riad directly and arranged for a staff member to meet us at the point where the car had to stop, as the Riad was located in a pedestrian-only area. Than Ali’s thoughtful planning and excellent communication, we had a smooth and stress-free arrival. His warm welcome and attention to detail truly set the tone for our stay in Marrakech. Previous we travelled to Morocco one of our friiends arranged private transfers with Intercity Tours, and to be honest I wasn’t confident they were going to come through for us. We had rides set up from Casablanca to Marrakech, from Marrakech to Fes, and from Fes to Casablanca, each about 5 days apart. I shouldn’t have worried – Rasid was great to work with, answering my email questions promptly and even calling me once to make sure a pickup had been successful, and the two drivers we had were both prompt, met us at the exacted place,drove well, and had nice and confortable vehicles. The cost was reasonable (I paid for all the trips with Dirhams at the end of our first ride – Naima accepted this form of payment though her preference was a bank transfer prior to our visit). Both drivers Anis and SAM spoke enough English to communicate essentials with, but not enough for casual conversations, at least in English. I’m impressed with Intercity and would absolutely use them again if I were to find myself needing their services. Thank you Rashid.
