Morocco Tours VIP Experiences offers guided tour services provided by an independent, licensed tour guide.

2. Booking and Payment

2.2. Payment must be made in full or as per the agreed deposit terms at the time of booking confirmation. Accepted payment methods will be communicated during the booking process.

2.3. Prices listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice. However, confirmed bookings will not be affected by such changes.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1. Customer Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing (via email or WhatsApp). Refund policies are as follows:

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the tour date: Full refund.
  • Cancellations made 3-6 days before the tour date: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 days before the tour date: No refund.

3.2. Provider Cancellations: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a tour, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

4. Liability and Responsibility

4.1. Morocco Tours VIP Experiences provides guided services with reasonable care and skill. However, we are not liable for:

  • Personal injuries, loss, or damage to personal property during tours.
  • Delays, cancellations, or disruptions caused by third parties, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4.2. Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring they are physically fit for the activities involved in the tour.
  • Adhering to local laws and customs during the tour.

5. Privacy and Data Use

5.1. Personal information provided during bookings will be used solely for communication and service delivery. We will not share your information with third parties without consent.

5.2. By providing your contact information, you consent to receiving communications related to your booking and occasional promotional offers.

6. Code of Conduct

6.1. Customers must respect the local culture, guide instructions, and the agreed itinerary. Any disruptive behavior may result in the termination of the tour without a refund.

6.2. Guides reserve the right to refuse service to any individual displaying inappropriate or unsafe behavior.

7. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of such changes.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Marrakech.
