Saif our driver turned up on time, very punctual, advised best location for our family as we have 3 young children and wanted to avoid busier areas, great driving on the busy streets we felt safe unlike other drivers on tours. Fresh water provided in a comfortable and clean car. He dropped us off to our tour guide, Said was very engaging with our children, even when they got tired and wasn’t coping well with the heat (we are from an cold area) he helped us with getting around safely as our family is not used to busy streets as we live in the county side. We went into a local pharmacy Said asked us if we wanted to go first, and no pressure we did and was shown lots of different oils , there was no push to buy and we was told at the end we didn’t need to buy anything. I decided I wanted to as there was lovely oils at the shop.Said explained to me about the culture and history of each monument. He didn’t rush us at all, and took some lovely photos of us as a family. Said was very flexible with us, as he could see the children were tired. He made sure our driver Said(both of their name are coincidently Said) was waiting quickly outside the entrance. I highly recommend this tour, and we couldn’t fault any of it and went way beyond our expectations. Both went above and beyond for our family. We would look to book a tour with them again if in the area. And would recommend to any friends of family
