Was very good, guide was excellent. Would recommend doing this tour first and not on your last day like we did. Have had a fantastic time and would highly recommended.
A great way to experience the city in one day! As we are tw girl Friend, We had a great time on the city tour! It was a full day but the time just flew by! It is a great way to see everything ,as the the Local Guide is good idea to have there is to see as a tourist within the city of Marrakech Especially Medina. I didn’t feel rushed at all, I felt that we had a good amount of time to view everything. The diver Said dropped us off at each of our stops throughout the day and he always had cold bottles of water waiting for us in the car every time he picked us up from the different spots. Our guide, Rashid, was really informed on the history of each of the locations we went to and shared a lot of really interesting historical information with us throughout the day. Both Said and Rashid spoke perfect English. We visited the Koutoubia Mosque, Jemaa El Fnaa, Souk Semmarine, we visited a rug cooperative argan Coo Apt, had lunch at a delicious rooftop restaurant where we could view the whole cityscape, Then we went to Ben Youssef Madrasa, a pharmacist/herbalist, and the Jardin Majorelle botanical gardens. We also walked through a traditional Riad and viewed lots of beautiful antiques. Overall, this is an excellent way to experience Marrakesh, especially if you are only there for a short period of time and want to view as much as you can. 110/100% would recommend!
